At London Bioethanol Fires, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional shipping services for our bioethanol fire products. Gallus fires have a delivery time of just 4 weeks, ensuring you can enjoy your new fire feature sooner rather than later. For VFT products, please allow 10 to 12 weeks for shipping, as each item is crafted with care. We appreciate your patience and are here to answer any questions regarding your order. Thank you for choosing us!

🚚 Shipping Policy

Applies to: All orders placed through London bioethanol fires within the United Kingdom.
📍 1. Delivery Areas
We currently ship to all addresses within the UK mainland.
Please contact us before ordering if you require delivery to:

  • Northern Ireland

  • Scottish Highlands & Islands

  • Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or other offshore UK territories

Additional charges or longer delivery times may apply to these areas.
⏱️ 2. Delivery Timeframes stock items 
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days

  • Express Delivery (if available): 1–2 working days

Note: Custom or made-to-order items may have longer lead times — see product page for details.
💷 3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated depending on size and quantity.
📦 4. Order Processing

  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details (if tracking is available).

📤 5. Couriers Used
We use trusted UK courier services such as DPD, Parcelforce, Royal Mail, or Evri (depending on item size and location).
Large items (e.g. freestanding fireplaces) may be delivered via pallet courier. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for pallet deliveries.
📫 6. Missed or Failed Deliveries
If no one is available to accept delivery:

  • The courier will leave a calling card or contact you to reschedule.

  • Re-delivery attempts or storage fees may apply if multiple attempts fail.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
⚠️ 7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Please inspect your delivery on arrival.

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email at admin@londonbioethanolfires.com.

  • Include your order number and clear photos (if damaged).

We will arrange a replacement or resolve the issue promptly.
🌍 8. International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping.
If you are outside the UK and interested in our products, please contact us to discuss options.
