Ways to install your fire
Free standing: A fire that stands on its own in the room. No wall work needed to place it.
Wall integrated: Built into the wall so the fire sits flush with the surface. Your builder prepares the opening to the size we confirm for your fire.
Free to the wall: Fixed to the wall rather than set into it, so it needs no recess to be built.
Half open free: A half open design that stands free in the room.
Half open to the wall: A half open design set against the wall.
Sticks & Stones: Our natural wood look fire, made in the same way as the rest of the range. The design team confirms the build details for your space.

How it works
1. Free design consultation: a one hour phone call with our design team to talk through your space and options.
2. Choose your flame and surround.
3. Order and build: made to order, allow 6 to 8 weeks.
4. Delivery: UK mainland only, pallet courier for large items, someone needs to be in to sign.
5. Fitting or drop-in: some burners such as the Victorian burner drop in without tools.
6. First light.
What you or your builder needs to prepare
Opening size plus photos or drawings.
Heat resistant materials around the burner area.
Enough clearance between the TV and the fire on a media wall.
Normal room ventilation.

Who does the installing
Installation is not included unless Tom confirms it for your order. Options: a site visit and demonstration for 200 pounds (one hour), your own builder, or ask us about fitting. Burners such as the Victorian burner drop in without tools outside the M25.
FAQ
Do I need a chimney or flue? No.
Can I put it near a TV? Yes on a media wall. Keep clearance; we confirm the gap.
Can I fit it myself? Some burners drop in without tools. For anything built into a wall, use a builder.
How long does it take? 6 to 8 weeks to make.
