Info section 4 – Delivery and returns

Fabrication: 4 to 6 weeks after we confirm your measurements.

Delivery: UK mainland, tracked courier, 2–5 working days after dispatch. Delivery is charged at checkout based on your postcode.

Returns: because the Victorian Burner is made to your measurements it is non-returnable unless faulty. If we make a measuring error, we remake it free of charge.

Will it fit my fireplace? If your grate opening is between 330 mm and 500 mm wide, yes. Otherwise email us a photo.

Do I need a chimney or flue? No. Bioethanol burns clean, so nothing needs venting.

How does M25 fitting work? The free delivery inside the M25 and free measuring offer has ended. Ask us if you had been told about it and we will still honour it.

I’m outside the M25 – can I still order? Yes. Use the four measurements above; the burner drops straight in.

Is there any smell or soot? No soot, smoke or ash. A faint candle-like smell for a few seconds when lighting and extinguishing.
