1.    Order online and choose “Free M25 measure and fit”. Enter your postcode.

2.    We call within one working day to book a 20-minute measuring visit.

3.    We fabricate your burner to the measurements we took 30 working days).

4.    We return to fit it and light it, show you how to fill, regulate and extinguish it, and take the packaging away.

Will it fit my fireplace? If your grate opening is between [200mm] and [400 mm] wide, yes. Otherwise email us a photo.

Do I need a chimney or flue? No. Bioethanol burns clean, so nothing needs venting.

How does the free M25 fitting work? Order online, pick “Free M25 measure and fit” and enter your postcode. We book a 20-minute measure, fabricate, then return to fit and light it. Both visits included for homes inside the M25, orders by 31 October 2026.

I’m outside the M25 – can I still order? Yes. Use the four measurements above; the burner drops straight in.

Is there any smell or soot? No soot, smoke or ash. A faint candle-like smell for a few seconds when lighting and extinguishing.
